As with all companies, Drossa Limited collects information.  What information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and how we protect your privacy are all important issues.

The information we collect when you Purchase from our web site:

·       Billing Address

·       Shipping Address

·       Contact details such as your e-mail address and telephone number

Why do we collect this information?

·       To provide a record of your order and the invoice  details

·       To show products supplied so can also assist us with traceability in the event that there may be a product recall

·       Your name and billing address are required for invoicing purposes

·       The shipping address so that we know where the goods are to be sent

·       Your telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding products and/or provide you speedily with delivery information or in the event that there may be a product recall

·       Your e-mail address:

o   in case we need to contact you regarding products

o   to provide you with delivery information

o   or to contact you in the event that there may be a product recall

o   and subject, to your having opted to receive communications and/or Newsletters from Drossa, provide you with information updates and offers etc.

How is the information used?

·       An invoice is an integral part of your order and required fiscal process. 

·       The invoice shows also the products supplied so can also assist us with traceability in the event that there may be a product recall

·       Your name and billing address are required for invoicing purposes

·       The shipping address so that we know where the goods are to be sent

·       Your telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding products and/or provide you speedily with delivery information or in the event that there may be a product recall

The information we collect should you choose to Register as a Customer without making any purchase:

·       Country


Why do we collect this information?

·       To potentially provide offers and discounts to Registered Customers

How is the information used?

·       Subject to your ‘opting in’ to our Newsletter we may contact you by e-mail from time to time with offers and/or details of new products listed on our site, and perhaps some gluten free Recipes.

·       In some instances there may be an opportunity to enjoy lower delivery costs to certain destinations so for this reason we ask for your City and Country location

‘Opting In’ to Drossa’s Newsletter

·       Drossa operates an ‘Opting In’ system.  When registering as a Customer there is a box to be checked if you wish to ‘Opt in’.  If the box is not checked, then Drossa considers that that Customer has opted out, and does not wish to be contacted.

·       Cancellation of an ‘Opt In’ can be made at any time; simply send an e-mail to info@drossa.co.uk informing Drossa that you wish to ‘Opt Out’ and that no Newsletter should be sent to you. 

Do we share or sell your Information?

·       Drossa does not sell your information to anyone.

·       Once you have placed an order, Drossa will share your Delivery Address, Name, e-mail address and telephone number with our delivery agents for the purpose of effecting a delivery and also to provide our delivery agents with the means to contact you in the event that there may be some difficulty in making the delivery to you.

·       Drossa does not record or store any debit or credit card details.  Payment made on-line is via a secure Sage Pay portal to protect your card details.  This means that your card details are never placed directly on to Drossa’s web site, and Drossa can never access your card number

Passwords

·       Drossa does not have a record of any Password you may have chosen to use when providing your information.


Amending Your Information

·       You have the right to amend information held (but not that which forms part of invoices etc relating to past purchases you may have made from Drossa).  You can do this by accessing your on-line information and amending accordingly.


The Right to be ‘Forgotten’

·       You have the right to have any details which may have been recorded (but not that whch forms part of invoice etc relating to past purchases you may have made from Drossa) deleted.  This can be done by your visiting the site and accessing your own record using your own Password.  Alternatively, you can contact Drossa directly at info@drossa.co.uk requesting that Drossa:

 

o   Amend details held and/or

o   Remove you from Drossa's Newsletter Mailing List
