FINAX Fibrex is a naturally gluten-free dietary fibre with a high water storage capacity which can make gluten free breads more moist and increase their shelf life.

The small particle size of FINAX Fibrex is especially suited to home baking as it can be easily incorporated into gluten free flour recipes. Use FINAX FIBREX to provide better structure when baking breads, cakes, pastry etc. Add FINAX FIBREX to your recipe's dry ingredients before adding water.

The product is especially useful in gluten-free baking and gives the bread a longer shelf life and a juicier structure. Fibrex is also a perfect ingredient in cooking to get extra fibre in foods such as burgers, sausages, Meat balls, meat loves, mince dishes, soups etc.

Usage: When baking use 3 tablespoons FINAX FIBREX to 450gms gluten free flour and add an extra 100ml water.  In burgers, meat balls, sausages etc., use up to 3 per cent Fibrex to weight of meat being used in your recipe.
