La Fabrica della Pasta de Gragnano's Lasagne is a delight to use.  With its frilled edges there is no need to try and 'join up' the edges as with straight cut lasagne - and overall the look is a timeless one of artisanal pasta.

Lasagne is found all over Italy, served in many different ways - from the classic Lasagne Bolognese where the Lasagne is layered with a rich meaty sauce, to "Pasticcio" made with Lasagne layered with fresh peas and ham (a simply stunning dish when the peas are in season). Try Lasagne with fish, with pork, mushrooms or layered with a medly of oven roasted vegetables. 

Lasagne can easily be made as a Vegan or Vegetarian dish:  try layering with oven roasted vegetables;  perhaps try adding one layer of cooked puy lentils with a mix of oven roasted tomatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes - and don't forget some Basil!  Or try layering with spicy cooked chick peas (chick peas cooked in a tomato sauce with added garlic and chilli), or as a Vegetarian option layer with cooked mushrooms with some crumbled blue cheese. a layer of tomato and mozzarella, and all topped with Bechamel and grated Parmesan (or Cheddar if preferred).

Serve La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano gluten free Lasagne/Lasagnone as a starter, or a more substantial portion with a dressed side salad as a main course.

Each pack contains sufficient Gluten Free Lasagne sheets for feight people (as a main course).  

Quick and easy to use, La Fabbrica della Pasta's Gluten Free/Wheat Free Lasagne requires pre-cooking or simply place the sheets you need to use into a large dish and pour boiling water over - leave for approx 30 mins before removing and using the Lasagne.   Simply spoon some of your chosen sauce into the bottom of an oven proof dish, place a layer of Lasagne in the dish, and then cover with sauce, then a layer of Bechamel (with Parmesan cheese mixed in). Repeat the layers (lasagne, sauce, Bechamel) another two or three times ending with a Bechamel layer. Generously cover the top layer with grated Parmesan cheese (or any other grated hard cheese), before putting into an oven to bake. Lasagne could not be easier to make!

Place in a pre-heated oven (180 deg C / Gas Mark 5) for about 25 to 30 mins.
