This mix can be used to make your favourite Pastas. Farabella offer a wonderful range of ready to use pastas in a wide variety of shapes, but sometimes nothing beats home made! This versatile and easy to use mix can help you to make gluten free ravioli, capeletti, delicious tagliatelle and much more. Use to make egg pastas, pasta with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, or even with squid ink!
Basic Pasta Recipe: 500g Farabella Pasta Flour Mix, 350ml warm water, Method Put the flour mix into a large mixing bowl, and add the water. Knead by hand or use dough hooks, and mix until you have a homogenous dough. Then process the dough to your required shape.
Variation: for Egg Pasta replace some of the water with egg (you should still be using the same ratio of liquid to flour). For Spinach Pasta add some dried spinach powder to the dry flour before adding liquid. For Sun Dried Tomato Pasta process some sun dried tomatoes in the water before adding to the flour and mixing to a dough.
