Fusilli, Spirali, Spirals? They're different names for the same shaped pasta. Resembling a spring or a corkscrew in shape, Spirali (or Fusilli or Spirals!!) are simply wonderful served with a rich sauce or used in a pasta salad. Like so many of the best pastas, Farabella's Spirali/Spirals are made using bronze dies and then dried slowly to produce a fine quality pasta.

A favourite restaurant serves Spirali with an anchovy and onion sauce which is simply delicious and very easy to make from store-cupboard items at home. Or try with a meaty Bolognese, or a luscious tomato sauce with added chopped dried tomatoes and basil.

Ingredients: Heat treated corn flour; Heat treated rice flour; Corn starch. Store in a cool, dry place
