Next best to fresh!  Pasteurised and vacuum packed to maintain freshness, Farabella are justifiably proud of their range of 'Regional' shaped pastas.  Unopened, Farabella's Fresh, pasteurised, gluten free pasta MALLOREDDU has a long shelf life and can be kept in the store cupboard; once opened it should be kept in a 'fridge and consumed within three days.

The shape "MALLOREDDU" is a rolled shape with lines - exceedingly good at holding a sauce both on the outside of the pasta, and inside the 'roll' itself.  This typically Sardinian pasta can be found served throughout the island.  In the past MALLOREDDU were made for special occasions and feast days; for Christmas, Easter, Weddings etc., and often served with a Campidanese popular in central Sardinia.

Ingredients: Corn flour; Rce flour; water, starch., salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.  Store in a cool, dry place.  Once opened store in a 'fridge and consume within three days .  Do not open or pierce pack until ready to use.
